What is a therapist that a client may consult her, and a client that he may consult a therapist? Clients are clients because they ask therapists for help. But the person asked is the wrong person, and the question posed is the wrong question. Therapy is a process wherein the client learns how to stop being a client by discovering how not to ask the wrong person the wrong question. At the same time, the therapist must learn how to stop being the therapist by not answering the wrong question right away and discovering how to not-answer the wrong question in a right way.
